About Me

Like many people with a deep interest in nutrition, mine was also born from a personal health crisis.

When I was 22, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma and it shattered my world. The transformation that I went through from that moment on brought me to the understanding that our state of health or disease is not predetermined or inevitable.

We are the creators of our health and also the only ones responsible for keeping it. No doctor, treatment or drug can replace you.

Living with this belief is very empowering, whether we are talking about chronic disease or other imbalances of the body, such as excess weight.

You can get help and support along the way, as did I. My personal experience with lymphoma was that allopathic treatment plus a 180 degree shift in my nutrition and outlook on life helped me heal.

Nutrition brought me much more, though: a deeper connection with life around me. Food is a key part of how humans are connected to Nature. Plants grow with the nutrients that the soil provides and the light from the sun. When we eat them, we metabolise them into human life itself.

My Credentials

I graduated with merit from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2021 with a degree in nutrition.

Canada's largest, leading school in nutrition, CSNN has existed for the past 30 years and offers a science-based curriculum that covers health holistically, which is one of the aspects that convinced me to enroll. 

Although I had already been studying nutrition for years before joining the school, CSNN's program brought me an even deeper understanding of how the body works and how it can be transformed positively through natural nutrition and lifestyle improvements.

My Credentials

I am a Behavior Change expert, officially licenced to coach with the Tiny Habits method.

The Tiny Habits Method is a scientifically-backed approach that makes habit-creation easy and sustainable. It was created by BJ Fogg, PhD, who directs the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University. Dr.Fogg’s methods have helped thousands achieve lasting change.
