At your own pace, you will study the nutrition concepts that I think you need to understand to shift your mindset and see weight loss as a natural consequence of bringing your body and mind back to balance. I will personally study your current nutrition habits and take you through a proven process to progressively re-establish balance and feel healthy and full of energy. The nutritional changes you need to make will be deployed by order of priority and I'll support you in implementing them using an effective and stress-free habit creation method.
Tiny Habits® Coaching
The backbone of the Nutrityv® program is built on the Tiny Habits® method for behavior change and habit creation. You'll be amazed to see that you can make progress from day #1, no matter how busy you are and in almost any life circumstance (e.g., travel, holidays, new baby). It's 1-on-1 so we can adapt it weekly to make it a success. If you tried to change your eating patterns and failed, it's because you didn't have the right method. Tiny Habits® is based on neuroscience and proven scientifically.
Long-Term Weight Loss

How long does the program last?
The program lasts 90 days.
Is it a group or an 1-on-1 program?
It is a 1-on-1 coaching program blended with a course that you can do at your own pace. I will inform you of the materials and videos you need to study before our meetings depending on your individual needs.
Where does the program take place?
The program takes place on the Kajabi platform where you will have your own account. You will be able to view the progress you’ve made at any time, download resources (e.g., high-protein foods list), watch videos and interact in the comments section. The meetings will take place on Zoom or Google Meet.
How many times will we meet?
Every 4 weeks we will meet for 1 hour to create and adapt your nutritional and lifestyle plan for the following 3 weeks. In between these meetings, we’ll have a 15-minute check-in over Zoom or Google Meet every week.
How much time will it require?
Aside form our meetings, as much as you have and want to dedicate to it. You will need to fill in an initial assessment form so that I understand your current habits and history before we meet for the first time. You will then start with small habits the first week but, if you feel like you want to do more, you are more than welcome. I will be there to help and cheer you.
How much weight am I going to lose?
It depends on your initial weight. I will cap the amount to lose per month at maximum 5% of your body weight so that you don’t activate “famine mode” and hit the weight loss plateau. I also focus on losing body fat instead of weight, and decreasing the waist to height and waist to hip ratios. Some weight loss intervention, such as rebalancing and diversifying your microbiome, can take months to complete. So you will certainly observe fat loss even after the program is over.
