My Mission

When half of the lost weight is regained in 2 years and 80% of it is back in 5 years, sustaining weight loss is much more challenging than weight loss.

Losing some weight is possible in the beginning and most diets are successful in the short run. 

But in the long term, if you go on a crash diet, you are likely to gain even more weight than you had to start with and it is going to be harder for you to lose it. For years to come.

My mission is to help you achieve a way to nourish yourself that you can sustain forever and lose excess weight in a natural way, in a way it won’t come back.

You deserve wholesome food in your life. Food that promotes health in your body and brings you energy and joy. Food is your connection with nature, with the soil and the sun. You eat natural food and it gets transformed into life itself.
